A message on the website said Philker is composed of Philippine hackers "that possess skills in the areas of cyber security, visual graphics and human manipulation that work on the progression of Philippine cyber culture."
Joey Salgado, spokesman for Vice President Jejomar Binay, said they will ask the concerned goverment agencies to look into it.
In response to the hacking incident, the Office of the Vice-President (OVP) said: "It is quite unfortunate that certain groups have been able to hack the official website of the Office of the Vice President."Full S
