Sarah Geronimo is Transferring to TV5?

The 1st rumor circulating around the web is why Sarah did not appear on ABS-CBN Christmas Station ID.
 Willie Revillame revealed last Friday in his controversial program on TV5 “Willing Willie” that the Popstar Princess Sarah Geronimo, one of ABS-CBN’s biggest stars, is transferring to the Kapatid Network.

Sarah starred in her new TV project on ABS-CBN, the kantaserye “1DOL” which only lasted for 35 episodes due to poor rating. Some felt really bad when people blamed her for the cancellation of kantaserye. But despite that, she is reportedly being offered a movie opposite Gerald Anderson. Akihiro Sato Wins ‘Survivor Philippines Celebrity Showdown’

During the live season finale of Survivor Philippines Celebrity Showdown last night at GMA studio, Akihiro Sato received 3 votes from the 7 jury members, enough for him to win the title. He bested Ervic Vijandre, Solenn Heusaff and Aubrey Miles.

This is what went down during the finale:

Aubrey Miles became the 7th jury member after a nail-biting tie-breaker between her and Akihiro Sato was held.

Both Aubrey and Akihiro received 3 votes for elimination from the 6 jury members while Ervic and Solenn each got two vote-offs. The 6 jury members and now including Ervic and Solenn voted between Aubrey and Akihiro to break the tie. Moi, Solenn and Ervic voted off Akihiro but the rest voted against Aubrey, making the hot mama the 7th member of the jury.

Akihiro, Solenn and Ervic became the final 3 castaways vying for title and the cash prize of P3 million. The jury members (including the newest member Aubrey) cast their votes live once again and this time, they are voting for the one they want to win Survivor Philippines.

Lone bettor wins P741-M Grand Lotto jackpot

6/55 Grand Lotto result on Nov 29: 11-16-42- 47-31-37

Someone is richer by P741 million (more half billion) in the wink of an eye.

A lone bettor from Luzon correctly picked the winning combination for Monday night’s 6/55 Grand Lotto draw, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) revealed.

With over 29 million possible combinations, the unidentified bettor correctly guessed the winning numbers 11-16-42- 47-31-37.

The bettor, whose identity is withheld for security reasons, won P741,176,323.20, according to PCSO central operations manager Arnel Casas.

The amount is the biggest jackpot prize in the history of the Philippine lotto draw, according to Casas.

The prize is tax-free and will be given in a single tranche, the PCSO said.

The winner would be issued a check and has the option of depositing or encashing the check.

The PCSO said 53 bettors won the second prize for guessing 5 of the 6 numbers. A total of 3,9674 who had 4 correct numbers won third prize while 99,541 won fourth prize.

It was only the second time that someone won the Grand Lotto jackpot since the numbers game was launched on April 19, 2010.
